Hi friends! So. I know a lot of my readers and supporters are probably wondering what on earth has happened to my book series and the status of my next release date. I know it's been a very long time without any news. It probably feels like book wise, I've dropped off the face of the earth. I know that. I'm sorry. I always want to be transparent and vulnerable with my audience. And the truth is for the last year, my health has been absolutely horrible. I've had horrible migraines nearly everyday since January. This past week I spent some time in the ER for my chronic migraines and I finally realized that no one can pour from an empty cup - and my cup really has been empty!! The past 7 months have tested me emotionally, physically, and spiritually, and I've found it nearly impossible to be creative. Health is one of the most valuable currencies we have in life. And so I decided to take a hiatus from writing and from my career to try and focus on my health. But!! Things are starting to improve. And so I wanted to read a chapter of the book I've been working on and have a very honest life chat about other things that have been going on. So! Let's talk! If you feel called to join me, I'll be on YouTube and Instagram live this Saturday, August 6th from 1pm-2pm.
